Moving PLex Library Folder to another location

Hi ! Once again I need to move plex library folder, followed THIS
instruction, every thing works fine and i see all files after the step
D. Test your system. Verify everything is exactly as it was. If not, resolve before proceeding

I restart plex, service shows no errors, but library makes empty and i must once again create a it. And it creates in default folder - /var/lib/plex… I just do not know what to do more(

Settings - Server - General – this is the server version.

I need more info about the host and the “from where” and “to where”.
