MPAA/TV Rating Description

It would be great if Plex could import not only the MPAA/TV Rating but also the rating description, ie. Nudity, Violence, Disturbing Images, Language, etc. This feature would remove the need to look things up elsewhere when deciding on watching.

There’s already an existing suggestion asking for an option to display/use the rating components/descriptions. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.

Can you add the ability to at least view the MPAA Content Rating components to see why a film was rated R, PG-13, or PG? It would also be helpful to have the IMDB Parents Guide at least clickable, this would enable me to content rate what my children can watch without having to go to IMDB for each and every movie or TV show. It would be more helpful if I can also filter a user by the content rating component so for example I could allow a PG-13 film with nudity OR PG-13 with sexual content but …
