Incorrect mpris CanPause implementation

Plexamp incorrectly sets the mpris property `CanPause` to false when the song is… paused (see below, CanPause changing from true to false): ``` players.js: this.proxy.CanPlay - true players.js: this.proxy.CanPause - true players.js: this.proxy.PlaybackStatus - Playing ------------ players.js: activating Pause ------------ players.js: this.proxy.CanPlay - true players.js: this.proxy.CanPause - false players.js: this.proxy.PlaybackStatus - Paused ``` players should leave CanPlay and CanPause to true when these functionalities are enabled which is the way the specification intends it to be so it’s a bug: https://specifications.freedesktop.org/mpris-spec/latest/Player_Interface.html#Property:CanPause > Note that this is an intrinsic property of the current track: its value should not depend on whether the track is currently paused or playing. In fact, if playback is currently paused (and CanControl is true), this should be true.
