MTS (MPEGTS) files are not playing on plex-web

Player Version#: 4.87.2 (Plex Web)
Hi,

For some reason the MTS files are not playing on Plex Web using chrome but they play on my TV via Plex app installed on Amazon FireTV.

Any ideas on what’s wrong?

Do you experience the same using the current version of Plex Web (e.g. using the hosted web app)? Your server and therefore the bundled version of Plex Web are a bit dated (1.28.2.6151 was released in summer 2022)… maybe it’s time to upgrade :wink:
