When trying to play the files in question via Plex Web the spinner just spins and nothing happens, no errors and no timeouts.
All of the files that will not play are similar to the below with the same codecs, resolutions, and similar bitrates. They will not play in any browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome) on both Windows and Linux either using direct play or transcoding but they do play fine on the Windows Plex App and also play on Firestick and Android. They also play fine on various other media players like VLC. Also, I know that some if these files have played previously using the plex web client with no problem as I was re-watching a series when the issue started.
