I have a user accessing my Plex, how can I stop them logging in multiple times?
If this is about a friend/user outside your own home network, you can set a restriction on how many streams they can have in parallel:
Settings > [Server Name] > Network > Remote streams allowed per user
Thanks for that
Just stop his access to your server.
P.S: you need to reset your Plex password. You haven’t enabled 2FA either, so it is at least possible that your account will get stolen.

I have a strong password,
The hashed+salted password may have been stolen.
What does indirect mean under the friendly name area?
I’m not sure what you are referring to?
Maybe a screenshot could clarify.
That’s your server. If you click on that it will take you to your general settings page
