I’m unable to get the music agent to match my albums. Specifically, I’m trying to search last.fm for Eagles - Hotel California. When I try manually searching, “hotel” I get “No Matches Found”, when I try to Auto-Match the Album, I get “no matches were found using this agent”.
This is on a brand new install (I was having the issue with my ‘real’ server, so I did a test on a different PC that’d never had plex server on it: same issue).
I HATE having to manually manage music metadata, it takes me back 20 years to the Napster days…I was really hoping Plex would be ‘smart’ enough to do some basic matching. I don’t want to go down the rabbit hole of MusicBrainz Picard, id3 taggers, directory/filename sorters/filebot, etc.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I’m also having a lot of problems with the new music scanner trying to pair with the last.fm agent.
Firstly it doesn’t even show as available on the advanced tab of the library. But I’m enabling it through the agents settings of the server and putting it on top. But it doesn’t seem to work either way.
I’ve only had luck with Fix Match using Last.fm. It won’t find anything on a normal scan. Only if I do “Fix Match” to each individual one.
