Currently if you browse a music library by folder you must click all the way down to individual tracks before you can select them and then add to playlist or just play them. Can we also have this on the folder level?

I maintain my music in folders which roughly match categories I’d like to make into playlists. However since there’s no way to create a playlist from a folder without drilling down into each subfolder, it’s infeasible. This would be a great addition. Note: This feature request shouldn’t be confused…

That would really enhance music portion of plex. When you have various folders with sub folders with music in them it would be so convenient to just add those to the playlist instead of trying to find all the music by other means and adding it.

Okay, 8y to adapt one already existing object behavior to another is… crazy long. Not sure how this has been coded but it must mean it’s a maze like structur…

More likely it’s just not a particularly popular request.

1 eternity later, there is still no possibility Neither selector for folders nor a select all button within a folder…. So why do we have a premium subscription? :smiley: BASIC FEATURE……
