Why do some of my music playlists have the “Edit Filters” function displayed next to the number of tracks but others do not?
You can only edit filters for smart playlists (those which you created using advanced filters). (Though some smart playlists are created automatically.)
Normal playlists (those which you created, to which you manually added tracks) have no filters to edit.
In Plex Web you can tell smart from normal playlists by the presence of a gear icon in the top-right of a playlist’s poster.
