Music playlists not showing under playlists tab

Hello all, I used plex while at work to stream music from my library for our lab to listen to while we work. I have created a work playlist but when I click the playlist tab at the top of the screen in the web app, it just shows my library. The URL in the address bar changes to “Playlists” but will not display the playlists available. If I go to the “Recommended” Tab and scroll down I can see the playlists from there.

I am unable to install the desktop app on work computers so getting the windows app is not an option for me.
