Music Playlists Stop Playing on Samsung TV

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I’ve look through the forum & haven’t seen anything specific to my issue.

I just bought a Samsung Q80C TV & when I play a music playlist in the TV Plex app it randomly stops playing. Sometimes after only 1 song, other times after 10 or 12 songs. My previous TV a Sony Bravia did not have this issue. If I exit the Plex app & restart it the playlists will start playing again & then randomly stop. The TV screen will switch to the next song, but not play it. I don’t know if it helps, but I have the playlist playback set to shuffle.
