I wasn’t sure where to put this, so hope this is okay. I have never used PLEX for music before, but I recently built a portable music box, and I have quite a substantial music library now, so I thought I would import it into PLEX for use at home. It all imported fairly well, I had to rename a few artist and merge a few groups, but overall, I was very impressed with how well PLEX handled the process.
I have however, run into a little issue. I am trying to make a “Smart Playlist” by filtering my music by 3, 4 & 5 star rated. I went through and tagged a few songs from 3 - 5 stars, and I filtered to test it, but it appears to be skipping some tracks. I’ve gone back and checked them a few times, re-rated them, saved changed, updated library, but for whatever reason, it always seems to miss certain tracks.
I am viewing as Music - All - Tracks, and with no filters on I can see the track I am looking for, if I play it, I can see the 3 stars, but once filtered, they disappear.
Has anyone encountered this before, and if so, is this something I can fix, do I need to change some settings either here or folder permissions? unsude.
