Musicbrainz matching bug

Server Version#:1.43.0.10492

Not necessarily an issue since I was able to fix this on my own with Split/Merge but I wanted to highlight two instances where Plex seems to struggle with Musicbrainz metadata and filing albums under the correct artist for eventual bug fixing.

I have a few different bands named Ossuary in my library. I was looking to change the pictures to help disambiguate between them when scrolling and I noticed that one Ossuary profile had two releases lumped under it that did not belong. These two specific releases both had interesting cases where the band name or album name was different than the main artist/album page.

First example: https://musicbrainz.org/release/79baab81-51ef-495c-af1b-7c581e539fec

This early demo released by the band Ossuary Insane was originally released when they called themselves Ossuary. I think matching them under Ossuary Insane or even just it’s own profile of Ossuary would be fine but it got lumped into another Ossuary (I assume the first or primary instance) due to some backend confusion.

Second example: https://musicbrainz.org/release/2d3e035d-8a74-485a-b257-e5128e5da057

This demo released by the Uruguayan band Ossuary was matched under the same Ossuary as the incorrect matching in the first example rather than with the rest of the releases from the Uruguayan Ossuary. I noticed that the release title for this one, Show No Thirsty, Alcoholic Rites, is different than the release group name which is The Black Wind Whisper from the Coast. This specific instance was a re-release of the same demo with a few covers as bonus tracks under a new name.

Locally, I have both releases in their own folders within their respective artist folders (see image for artist folder labelling).

I just wanted to bring attention to these cases where Plex is finding the correct albums from Musicbrainz but not able to match them to the correct artists.
