My account is being stolen and there's no way to contact plex support to do anything about it

My account name is changed, my email info is changed, my password is changed, i’m still logged in on cached data or something, but i can’t fix anything. I need help with the service i’m paying money for that doesn’t seem to have any form of support. what a delightful customer experience i’m having.

At the bottom of this page, find the “Billing Questions” link under Support and explain the problem there.

Already done, got an automated response from their email system.

What did the automated response say?

Don’t expect a real response on weekends or holidays, more or less.

if your email was changed then you should have gotten an email notifying of change with a link to revert it back

Same thing happened to me on Jan 11, and I just noticed today, Jan 20. The email is only good for 7 days! How do I get my account back? the ■■■■■ that took it used email viejil@nghientrick.edu.pl , for anyone who knows how to blow up his computer!

I can’t access any programmes or films. One month of no Plex, what a waste of money.
