My Plex Account email was changed without my consent

Hi, I was checking my Plex out today and discovered that my email had been changed without my consent and it would seem that my password had as well. When I checked my e-mail I found the email saying that the address had been changed, but it literally was 8 days ago putting it just outside of the recovery zone. Is there anyway to contact support to get this fixed? I have the Lifetime Plex Pass on my account and don’t want to have to make a new account or anything and this is frustrating that they don’t have a direct support line.

Thanks. I went there and found it wouldn’t let me replace the email field from the hackers account but after I logged out I was able to submit a question with the right account.
