My Cloud server shows as unavailable even though its on!



For some reason, for the last week or so neither my xbox 360 nor my samsung tv has been able to 'see' the shared cloud server I have access to. My Computer and fire-stick both pick it up with no problems and I have tried re-installing on both of the above devices, but still no. Have the apps for these not been updated? is there an issue?

Relevant ideas welcome!
