So i have installed the app and activated it. I am able to see libraries shared with me and view their content. My server shows up as Unavailable.
Using tablet, phone, or PC, all are able to access the server as has always been the case. Using phone over 4G (disconnected from LAN), still able to access my content
Where it gets weird, people i have my content shared with, also just installed Xbox 360 app and ARE able to view and play my content
Browsing through native Xbox video app, i am able to see the server through DLNA and play videos, so it can get to the server and is on the same LAN.
Server is 0.9.11.1 running on ubuntu.
Media is on a windows file share that is mapped via samba to server
I'm having the same issue running Plex 0.9.11.1.678-c48ffd2 on Windows 7. I can access my server with all my other devices, it shows up as on-line via the Plex web site, I even can see the server as a DLNA server via the Xbox system video player, but I cannot access it with the Plex app on my 360. Whenever I start the app, I see a friend's library that he shares over the internet, but I cannot see my own server over the LAN. I've tried rebooting (both Xbox and PMS), signing into and out of the Plex app, but I still get the same results, even on two different Xbox 360s.
PLEASE help me out here. I've been using PMS for years now, and this has been my holy grail!! Now that it's here, I can't use it!!
Yes I uninstalled the plex app on the 360,reinstalled PMS on the server. Restarted the server, Restarted 360. Tried 360 wired and wireless, no change in behavior
Same issue running the latest server release, really strange part is that it worked fine last night, nothing changed (that I'm aware of) and now it doesn't work, but DLNA to the XBOX 360 from Plex works fine.... Says it can't find the server....

Did you tried re-selecting your server in the settings? Do you see green color in your server selected in settings?

Yeah, this worked for awhile. In my situation I just needed to set up a virtual server (I think my router's name for Port forwarding) and it's been working fine ever since. Prior to that, I had to sign out of the app, and request a new pin from Plex and then it would work fine until I shut it off.

Does the Server show up in Plex App in Settings? Or it doesn't show up at all in the app?
So I installed it on my xbox 360, but it does not work as it should, so that it will operate must be logged on the internet, and it really bad when it should get from my local network, because of that the image quality does not is good, that is not Full HD.
PLEX, please review this concept, take the movie from internet is very bad and without logic, when I got him on the local network, considering that Brazil today at all even if you pay the deductible download / upload monthly charged by companies telecommunications.
