Are those logs in regards to any particular issue?
Your last post is from May – not sure if this is related?!

this is actually a new problem that i have

my plex server doesnt scan any files anymore it only does it for a few secs & then it goes away

but it does show my movies folder but not my other 2 folders so it seems that it has been corrupted

From Plex Media Server.log:

Nov 07, 2025 23:50:45.151 [2790716272] ERROR - [DatabaseFixups/29DatabaseFixupsSyncCollections] SQLITE3:(nil), 11, database corruption at line 84326 of [a29f994989]
Nov 07, 2025 23:50:45.151 [2790716272] ERROR - [DatabaseFixups/29DatabaseFixupsSyncCollections] SQLITE3:(nil), 11, statement aborts at 11: [select id from metadata_items where metadata_type=? and library_section_id=? and absolute_index is not null] database disk image is malformed

Use DBRepair for Plex Media Server to try and fix the database.

Use the AUTO option. If it is unable to fix the database, try REPLACE to check for and use viable backups.

Hi @tom80H & @FordGuy61

Me & @ChuckPa used the PMS DB repair tool & he rapaired my logs completely

so it’s working fully again on how should be.

thanks again for everything

I taught him how to invoke DBRepair on his WD NAS
and then use the different functions so he can do it if it happens (auto can’t fix it)

We did the Replace and then an Auto and lastly a Prune to clean it all up.
