Hello and Happy New year to everyone. I discovered Plex Media Server a month ago and use it on my QNAP NAS to watch my movies (mkv) on a Philips Android TV where I also downloaded the app. Everything was working great until about 10 days ago. Suddenly, I have the sound running but no image or a distorted picture with half the screen in green.
I havn’t changed any settings because I am too knew to this system, but I did accept to update the app on my NAS to version V1;21;1. Everything works with Kodi, even through the addon Plex to Kodi. But not on Plex itself.
Can someone please help with this issue ? Thanks
