Naming files

First of all, I am well aware of the naming conventions described here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220687-naming-series-season-based-tv-shows/

Now, I have a series (Mortal Kombat: conquest) with one season, and the first episode is a multi episode file, named Mortal Kombat conquest - S01E01-E02.ext.
This works fine, and all the episodes show up in the library.
But, the file with two episodes is meant to be played as one long episode (a lot of shows do this to get the show going, coming back after a break or whatnot). So what I really want is for the episode to show up in the library as one episode.
This wouldn’t really be a problem, if plex didn’t play the same episode twice when I try to binge the full season.
So, is there a solution to this?
Or do I:
A) Have to live with it
or
B) Rename the file to Mortal Kombat Conquest S01E01, and live with the fact that I’ll forever wonder where episode 2 went? I just know I’ll forget :stuck_out_tongue:

Any help is appreciated!

Try the following with your two parters:

TV.Show-split_part1.mkv
TV.Show-split_part2.mkv

But but, it’s one physical file…
And even though I COULD split it into two physical files, I’d rather not, since quality will inevitably be compromised.
Thanks for the thought though, appreciated!

Crap! Literally…
But no very surprising…
