Renaming TV Show

I have two files for a TV Show episode
S01E01 (Part 1)
S01E01 (Part 2)

IMDB and TVDB shows it as one episode, how do I rename it without joining the two files ?

Basically, you are almost there, but I believe that the - split-name.ext part is the most important. If your two files END with that, Plex will automatically play the second file when the first file ends. There are some issues with this, like where no subtitle plays for the second file, but it’s better than nothing.

I’d still recommend you combine them. If the source is the same, then the encoding should be the same, and you can use MKVToolNix to combine them into one file easily.
