Need help connecting to my server since update

Hi

I’m hoping someone can help, since the uopdate i’ve not been able to connect to my server and get the following error message

‘A server could not be found. Download and install Plex Media Server, and it will appear here.’

I’ve tried removing and installing again but no luck. I’ve serached on all the forums and tried resetting the server etc.

I’m on OSX and have run out of things to try now. If anyone has any ideas or help that would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the advice, tried all of the above but no luck i’m afraid. It won’t even find a server so nothing for me to sign in to. Keeps saying I need to download the server but have tried doing that a dozen times now and no luck. If you have any other ideas please let me know.

Some extra info, I can still access my server via my iPhone and stream. Just not accessible via my desktop or via plex.tv.

Hopefully someone has some insight?
