Need Help - Getting on PLEX "Not authorized"

I have just updated Synology NAS 7.0 and I am not able to see my PLEX Server anymore. No idea what I am doing wrong here. I think I have updated it correctly and when I go to click on the Plex Media Server within my Synology I get this screen from PLEX that says “Not authorized”

Can someone please help?

Try connecting directly to the IP address of the NAS.

For example, if the IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.

Fix that problem but now I cant seem to show my whole server within Plex. I only see the Plex Movies and such. Thoughts?

Please upload a set of server log files.

  1. Stop Plex Media Server via Synology Package Center
  2. Using File Station, navigate to the Plex data directory, /PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/.
  3. Right click on the Logs directory and compress to Logs.zip
  4. Download Logs.zip
  5. Upload Logs.zip to the thread. Drag it into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location.
