[Need Help}: Is Intel-i3-9100F a good choice?

Hi All!

I am having a network adapter issue with my old acer Intel-i5 and windows 10… so i decided to build a new desktop dedicated to Plex.

Basically what i need is that this new machine will be able to stream maximun 03 concurrent streams and 02 direct streams.

My Budget is really tight :frowning:

So here is what i plan:

CPU: Intel i3-9100F
MotherBoard: ASUS-Prime H310M-E
Memory: Corsair 16GB RAM CMK16GX4M1A2400C16
SSD: 240 GB SAMSUNG EVO-860
OS: Windows10 build 1903 runnung Latest PMS

I know that is a simple machine. but my questions is: Does this setup will handle 03 transcodes and 02 direct plays?

Any suggestions will be well accepted!
