Need help locating the shuffle function?

There’s a feature suggestion from 2017. not sure if it had been available somewhere since then.

Shuffle play tool bar in folder view // mod: + play all

Hi Is there any reason why i can’t shuffle play video while under a folder view? I don’t see play button, shuffle or even add to play list bar when in a folder view. Could this be made available? Thanks in advance. Wasif
