The problem I’m having is I created a couple new managed user’s and then I edited my account to use a user name for signing in and not my email address anymore along with adding a PIN to it. When I made all the changes I told it to log me out and it did. I then logged back in using the user name and PIN and that worked just fine. I can see that my old email address is still in there under my account but the thing is I lost my server. There is an explanation mark on my server and when I click on it I get the No Soup For You You do not have access to this server. If it’s my account why don’t I have access to my server anymore? Nobody I created has access to the server and it looks like I’m not the administrator anymore. I don’t have access to all the settings. I’ve tried logging out and back in but nothing, I tried deleting all the added accounts and still nothing. I removed the user name and I just log into my account with my email and still the server is off limits and I don’t have all the settings.
Can anyone help me with this? I do have a yearly PLEX pass under my login email and it shows in my user settings…
