Need updated WebTools instructions for 2021 please

I have Plex Server Installed on my Win10 Laptop and used the 2017 and 2020 WebTools posts to get started. I have the WebTools downloaded and installed in the plugins folder but am stuck at that point.

The only reason I was lead to WebTools is to print a list of my Movie and TV Show libraries. (Very surprised to find out export printing is not native in Plex)

I have TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) so would appreciate easy to follow instructions.

Have you already tried the WIKI of the WebTools NG devs?

Wow, after several hours over a couple days going in circles, I had found that post but assumed it was the same install as the one I did already. Looking at it now I went through the install process - all the way to getting the list I wanted!!!
