I have been using plex for a year and it was working great most of my movies and tv shows were there, but my subscription ended on February and i paid for another year but after that all i can see are some movies and tv shows which are not needed to me, but when i search for some of tv shows like big bang or friends it not there its the same for movies i used to watch all these tv shows and movies before. Would appreciate if someone can help me with this

It used to work fine like whatever i searched used to be there examples like friends big bang good doctor amazing spider man all spider man movies. But now nothing just some bunch of movies thats it when i search for any of the above nothing comes up

Yes i do my knowledge is limited with this i just search movies on plex and watch them other than that i don’t know much so it would be really helpful if u can put some insight thanks

From your posts I take it you’re not talking about files from a machine on your own home network?
Do you have any details on the missing library/server? If you only lost access during the last few days… there still might be some traces in the Player you had been using (how to access those depends on the underlying platform).
Any details on who’s been sharing their content with you or how they originally shared with you / how the sharing ended?
Edit: the videos that remain if you don’t have your own media and nobody’s sharing with you are part of Plex‘ own ad-supported video on demand platform. Depending on your location that can be quite limited (e.g. outside the US)… not necessarily the latest and newest but some occasional gems
