Network traffic from PMS to RasPlex when idle

Hi all,

I see a decent network traffic (5Mbit/s) when I’m not watching anything, the RasPlex is idle for hours and the TV is off for hours.
Is this normal?
What is it doing? And how can I prevent this (without shuting down the RasPlex)?

Yes its normal, continuous interaction between Rasplex and PMS, checkout the logs and you see whats happening. It’s the same with all Plex clients if they are left on.

I can imagine that some traffic is going on between them. But 5Mbit/s is a bit much, I would assume…
Which logs should I checkout for details? On the PMS or on the Pi?

On the RPi, in .plexht/temp, file is plexhometheater.log
