So I was binge watching Archer recently. Then I noticed there was a new server update (1.5.7.4016) after I installed the update all files on my iphone now have a crackling noise in the audio. I have tried everything I can think of, changing settings, clearing cache, etc. and nothing has fixed it. What gives??? Can I install the previous server? How can I even start to troubleshoot this? It only happens on iOS. The source files are fine, and the Plex Media Player plays all files fine on my PC as well. Just the iOS app after the last update. Which the release notes said there was almost nothing changed too which is even crazier. Here’s a sample of what I’m talking about:
