New build - Recommended components

Looking at upgrading/rebuild of my Plex Server running windows 10.

Currently running an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with a MSI 1080Ti 11G video card. Not sure which route to go to, or if I shoudl just keep what I have

Thinking about keeping the Ryzen chip, but I have 4 video card options, keep the 1080Ti, install a new PNY P2000 card, install an new P4000 card, or swap back to an old RX580 8G (Keeping with the AMD theme)

Next option is move Plex onto my work PC which runs an Intel i7 8700K and swap one of the 3 video cards into that system, (currently running a 1070Ti).

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Well I’m sure you will plenty of input but to start you off Iwoukd be running that Works PC and not bothering with the video card.
HW acceleration is fantastic on coffee lake.
That said I’m not particularly up to date on Ryzen.

It I may just the Ryzen system as my work station PC since I do very little processor intense work with it other than some Photoshop from time to time.

Video card is the next question. Which one to use?
