New Library type for radio recordings

For a few years I have been using Plex’s DVR features to record all manner of programmes from the DVB-T feed, including radio programmes (in the UK, mainly from BBC Radio 3 and 4). Although I created a library called “Radio Programmes” which is of type “Music”, when I pick a radio programme from the Guide to record, I am only offered the “TV Programmes” library (which has the Library Type “TV Shows”) as the place to save it.
It would be great if the Plex team could create a new Library Type called “Radio Shows” (or something similar) to complement the “TV Shows” type, which could be set as the default for a user-created library such as “Radio Programmes”.

There’s an actual feature suggestion covering this already. You can vote for it in this thread:

Even just a generic open library type that is user defined would be great. I create media and I could not be more frustrated by the auto re-naming after I’ve fixed the naming of the media I’ve added.
