One is for the server, the other for the client.
Plex Media Server:
Version number: Settings → Server_Name → General.
1.26.x.yyyy, 1.27.x.yyyy, etc.
Plex Web:
Version number: Settings → Plex Web → General
Bundled: Currently 4.76.1. Version bundled with Plex Media Server. This is the version that loads when you point your browser directly at your server. Used for claiming server, if internet is not available, etc.
Hosted: Currently 4.83.2. The current release with latest features & fixes. This version loads when you use app.plex.tv.
Plex Media Server 1.27.1.5891 is now available to Plex Pass users in the Beta update channel.
