New movie on Plex Media Server not starting

hello

i´ve uploaded a new mp4 file to my Media Server, and the movie does not start on my Samsung TV Plex App and on the web player. On the computer, ipad and iphone, it works fine.

any help what is the problem?

You’re probably going to need to supply more information for anyone to help you.
Server version, App version

Codec, audio type, is transcoding enabled/disabled. What do you see in the server dashboard when you try to play something on the TV?

Different players are limited in different ways
.
If the file is supposed to play fine on your Samsung TV then you can supply logs after a failure so someone can see what is specifically causing the problem

You can replicate the problem and post your logs here now if you want to save some time

Thanks for the reply. The problem is “solved”. Removed the file and add it again. Waited a few hours and the movie started normally.
