New on Plex; I have set everything up: media server, libraries, & player.

Everything works perfectly; Plex is wonderful.
My question is: Do need to keep my Windows PC with media server running or can I shut down and view content from only my Roku 3 on smart tv?

You need to keep your media server running as that’s what is actually doing the streaming to your Roku.
