There is a new parameter “Allow Friend Request From” in Settings / Privacy / Manage Profile Privacy, and the default option is “Anyone Signed into Plex”. So if you do not want to receive friend requests from randos I guess you have to change it to “Nobody”. From now I only see this in the Mobile …
