New Plex TV agent Trakt not scrobbling

Update my TV Shows library last week. Since then, the webhooks for Trakt is not scrobbling.
Is it a know problem?

I use the Trakt.tv plugin and it has been working great. It was updated and is working again and you don’t need to have a premium trakt account to use it.

Good test. The plugin stopped working a couple month ago. I’ll update it and try again

What version of the trakt plugin are you using? I have tried both GitHub - trakt/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler: Add what you are watching on Plex to trakt.tv and GitHub - rg9400/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler: Add what you are watching on Plex to trakt.tv and still had a lot of issues with missed scrobbles. With the old TVDB agent they both work 100% of the time, but the new Plex TV Series (BETA) they both only scrobbled maybe 7 out of 10 shows that I tried.

I can’t remember where I found it but I included a download link for the one I have.

I checked the hashes and you have the rg9400 version. While this one works most of the time, it misses quite often. One show off the top of my head that never worked was QI. If you happen to watch that show I’d be interested in knowing if you can get that one to scrobble (with the new beta agent).

It is not one that I watch but I have not seen any issues with the shows I have that I noticed but will keep an eye on it.

Is it all episodes of QI or just specific ones?
Looking at the databases they seem to be a bit of a mess
EG
S18E16 is Rock ‘n’ Roll on TVDB & Trakt
S18E16 is R Animals on TMDB
S18E16 is Random on IMDB

If you are matching based on TMDB order, this could be the reason as they dont match with the ordering on Trakt & TVDB

The two QI episodes that I watched while doing my testing were S18E10 Rest & Recreation and S18E11 Roaming. Those are the same on all sources.

Is there any new info on the scrobbling issues with the new agent?

What shows are working for you? All if them? I just tested QI s18e14 and it didn’t scrobble. In my tests almost anything that has a (year) in the name does not work most of the time. I had opened a ticket with trakt directly and they said they pushed an update. But I don’t know if that was for the webhook or the plugin. I do know the plugin hasn’t had an update since October and nothing has gotten better for me in the last few days.
