Yep - I’ve got the same problem. Any idea on a fix? (thought this would have been tested with the prevalence of 4K monitors today, to be honest!)

Ok great. I was also wondering how updates will work with the new desktop Plex app? Will we have to download new versions from the website or will it be automatic updates through the system/settings? Thanks, hope this gets resolved soon as the new app is awesome other than this issue!

Environment variable worked for me - you need to quit and start again Plex app after environment variable is set. https://support.plex.tv/articles/configuring-windows-display-scale/

That worked for me! I do hope there is a fix at the source so we don’t have to do this every time there is a new version of the app but great workaround for the time being. Thank you!

Adjusting environment variable made no difference to me. Using Sony 4K although other apps don’t have this problem plex is unreadably small. I have tried the environment variable with and without spaces between variables and restarted entire computer, no difference made so really hope this get sorte…

I am confirming that this solution works. I am running Windows 10 Pro, Version 1903. I changed my variable to 1.75. I typically have my Windows 10 scaling set to 175%.
