I use Download Station on my Synology NAS to get podcast updates and store on my NAS, and hoped Plex would be the ideal way to then play those podcasts on my home network using sonos. Download station grabs the files and puts them in the same folder on my NAS, but for some reason Plex seems to think each new episode is a new album, even though the “new” album that gets created has the same name as the old one. So I now have three “Greeking Out” albums, one with all the episodes from when I started downloading them a few weeks ago, and each week a new album gets added with a single episode in it. That’s quite annoying - surely they should all be in the one album in the one place?
Any suggestions of how I get Plex to recognise the episodes should just be in one album folder? And preferably not have to do something manually each time an episode is downloaded?
