New Server Build: On Deck Not Showing New Episodes

I had the unfortunate incident of my backups failing and had to rebuild my Plex Media Server. I use Docker for it and successfully rebuilt the libraries without issue. I marked as watched the shows I knew. New episodes have since been added but are not showing in my “On Deck”:
