Why isn't season premiere showing up on deck?

For some reason the season premiere never shows up on deck for me. Anyone got any clues on to why?

Ofc the option is enabled (checked) in the settings. And earlier seasons are watched and marked as watched. The library are not hidden.

Its not worked even once afaik. And now recently with the show hanna.

I’m running the server in docker on Ubuntu. And using plex on nvidia shield, plex web and mobile (ios) app. And it’s all updated to the latest available stable versions.

Can you provide me the XML for the last episode from season 1 and episode 1 for season 2?

The XML looks fine so they should be available to be shown. Have you checked your library settings to make sure that feature enabled? Also check the number of OnDeck items. Maybe you have more things OnDeck than your limit so it’s just not shown currently.

I currently have 4 items on deck. So no, I don’t have to many items on “on deck”.

not 100% exactly sure if you mean the show page for hanna, or the main page for all shows.

that’s what i wanted to see. Something is odd. I did a test and my PMS detected the next OnDeck episode to be Season 2 episode 1. Your image doesn’t show that, which is why it doesn’t appear OnDeck as a new season premiere. I’m not sure what could cause this. You can try marking Season 2 as watched then back to unwatched or try the opposite for Season 1.

tried setting season 1 as unwatched, and then back to watched. and that solved it this time.
tho this is happening on all shows when a new season is added. so the issue is bigger than just this one show.

Oh, I manually fixed all of them right away.
But I’ll just wait until the next show gets a new season and leave it unfixed then.
