Hi
I am trying to install plex pass on my unraid server.
When I first ran the application after installation I received the following error “A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.”
I can’t find out how to provide the logs. There doesn’t seem to be a settings section to do this.
Any assistance is appreciated.

You can also find the server logs in your server‘s file system (see 2nd half of the linked support article).
To add to Tom,
When first setting up, there is a lot of background initialization which must be completed.
Browser Javascript isn’t smart enough to know whether it’s actually busy doing something or has a real problem. (CPU speed is important here)
First action when you see that error is to
- Wait 10 seconds
- Control+F5 (full fresh of the web page)
What docker container did you install? I have ben using Binhex version for years without any issues. SpaceInvaderOne on You tube has a good video on the setup of Plex on Unraid.
