Plex keeps asking me to configure my server every time I load the site

I am moving my plex server from my windows PC to a new server in unraid using the docker plugin, binhex-plexpass. The server mostly seems to be working fine. Every time I load it up directly using the IP of my unraid server, it gives me the “How Plex Works” screen, and then says “A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server”. I can click finish and continue to my server. Files play just fine on other devices.

I did try doing a complete fresh install and still get this error.

I had plex running on Windows 11 for a long time with no issues. I just built an Unraid server and setup plex on that using the binhex-plexpass docker image. I was getting this issue every time I tried to open plex on the unraid server. No issues on other devices.

My fix was to stop that server and use binhex-plex instead. No issues. When I was setting up the configs for binhex-plex, I even set the config path to be the plexpass one, /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-plexpass. I didn’t want to move all of my files again.
