Since the most recent update, every hour almost on the hour my media becomes non-communicative on LAN and WAN, to myself and any other users who I’ve given access to my libraries. I have to manually close and restart plex media server on my pc.
I’m running windows 10 pro. Nothing hardware has changed, no windows updates, only difference is the media server version.
Having a very similar issue here also … now I just get a:
" This site can’t be reached 10.0.0.228 refused to connect."
Error. I’ve tried uninstalling Plex and re-installing, same issue. I’ve attached the Plex Log which references a /tmp folder for minidump but I can’t find any such folder. I see the Crash Reports folder, but no files in them?
Don’t know if this helps anyone, but I resolved my issue:
Unassigned Drive plug-in for Unraid seemed to have issue with two external HDD via USB, not sure exactly what, but after install it removed one of my Cache SSDs (no idea why) which just happened to have some unwritten Plex data on it at the time.
It could be but it’s not trying to load shows. The libraries just stop being viewable at all, even through the media server itself. The settings page also stops loading too
