I have gone through the provided content list and added alot of the PLEX library to my cue, but now I cannot find how to access the cue. Any help?
If you mean the Play Queue, that is not a permanent “to watch” list, like you may know from other video-on-demand services. It will get emptied out as soon as you stop playback and/or close the player.

Thank you for your response. What is the purpose of the cue?
You can queue up media to be played back-to-back.
Mainly used for music or shorter videos like cartoons etc.
As Otto said, the play queue is a temporary thing for the active session. It sounds like you want to create a Playlist.
AFAIK, you can’t add VOD media to a playlist (yet).
This is also mentioned in the FAQ I linked above.
Ah, didn’t notice the tag.
Thanks. I did alot of searching through the forum looking for how to create a cue.
Since VOD cannot be added to a playlist (yet), is that feature something that is in the works? Are new features communicated to Plex members?
Newbie, here… sorry for the confusion.
The FAQ mentions that this is in the works.
