So I routinely view a video library and sort by date added. For as long as I can remember, choosing “Play All” while sorted by date added (or any other sort, for that matter), will queue all videos by date added (or whatever sort was used). With the latest version of Plex Media Server this no longer works and it simply plays all via alphabetical sort no matter how you have it sorted in the viewer.
I reverted back to an older version of PMS and things behave as before.
I’m using a Synology server, for what its worth.
