Next button skips a video in the sequense

Player Version#:Latest that goes onto mobile not sure how to check that

Whenever I hit the next button at the end of a tv episode it will sometimes straight up skip an entire episode and go from (for example) episode 9 to episode 11, once and a while it will come up with the screen that says to “replay” the previous episode and whats coming up next, but again it still skips an episode.
