Next update - list of requested changes and additions

Love the new app - much better that DNLA.  But heres a few things I love to see in upcoming updates:

 

- Actual settings (instead of just the option to sign out)

- default settings (ability to change these - like setting the video to maximum) 

- Refresh option (helpful when sharing - as you need to exit and re enter app to show a new server)

- TV shows with theme music playing in the background (like every other plex app)

- Collections view (?)

- channel(s) support

- photos support

- music support

- itunes support

 

Love to hear everyone else chime in one this one:)

I believe you'll find, if you read the announcement and follow-on discussion, it was known the features you are 'suggesting / requesting' weren't yet implemented.

I believe the official comment was something stating they focused on the video aspect first and the rest was still on the to-do list, being beta-test.

Thanks - but Im not looking for any official announcement - I was looking of users to list features they would like to see.  Thanks anyways

Warzak is talking about when you go into a libary (such as you show in plex web) you have the drop down at the top that says "All" by default. You can select a folder view (basically a file system view). This isn't in the xbox apps to my knowledge.

That is great! I've been looking for something like that ever since I started using plex. :D  I figured I had to be missing something.   Warzak, please disregard my response.
