i was selected recently to test out the cloud service but i still dont have access to the beta forums here. may please someone fix the permissions on my account.

If your account was invited to the Plex Cloud beta, then you need to follow the instructions in the invite email and either sign out/back in to the forums or visit https://forums.plex.tv/sso to sync up your account information.
