No audio playback on own files

I’m experiencing a sudden issue with audio playback on my Nvidia Shield TV. Everything was working fine until today.

The Nvidia device is only the player. The Plex server is running on a Synology NAS 218.

Audio works on streaming movies/TV and my music files. But not on my video files.

The files play with audio from my phone without issue.

The file also playback fine on Nvidia Shield using VLC over a mounted drive to the NAS.

All other audio works on Should.

Any ideas where to look or what to do?
